fitBot is a large language model, tailored to get answers and make sense of your data. At its core, fitBot gathers your integrated devices’ data, and uses it as context for the question you are making. It then sends your query along with the context to Open AI's model GPT-4, which then replies with a generated response for the question you made.

fitBot generates response to questions by utilizing large language models (GPT-4).  These models synthesize information available on the internet, which in some cases may be inaccurate or misleading, therefore we suggest that any advice generated by fitBot should be validated before applied.
